(Forkedale, Millfields, Tofts Road, Bartonupon- Humber)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Orders 2026
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make Orders, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following Roads in Barton-upon-Humber
(1) Forkedale - a section at the Tofts Rd Junction,
(2) Millfields - a section at the Tofts Rd Junction, and Tofts Rd - a section at the Forkedale & Millfields Junctions, all from 8am 7th Sept-4pm 2ndOct 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for improvement works.
These works will be carried out on a rolling programmed basis.
The diversion for the Forkedale Rd Junction closure is Forkedale Rd, Warendale, and for the Tofts Rd Junction closure is Tofts Rd, Horkstow Rd, B1218, A1077.
Diversion 1 for the Millfields Junctions closure is Millfields, Bowmandale, Ramsden Ave, Tofts Rd, and diversion 2 is Millfields, Bowmandale, Horkstow Rd, Tofts Rd - all diversions in reverse.
