SECTION 14 DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH No. 20, BERE FERRERS)

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.
From: Tuesday, 1st September 2026 To: Monday, 1st March 2027 No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path: Public right of way affected: FOOTPATH No. 20, BERE FERRERS for a section between
the east of Down View and bowling club.

The alternative route is via following the outer perimeter boundary line to the north of the site.

The closure is necessary for housing development and access road construction works.
