NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order owing to the holding of the Tour of Britain Event.
The effect of the Order will be to suspend all permanent speed limit Orders in connection with the cycling event as follows:
Whilst the road is closed under the supervision of the National Escort Group (Police), and/or where fixed road closures are in place within the race bubble, the prescribed speed limit shall be temporarily suspended and replaced by the National Speed Limit for officially accredited event vehicles operating within the controlled race bubble only. The signed speed limit shall continue to apply to all other vehicles.
