(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT 6) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL made the above Order on 11th August 2026, the effects of which will be:
- To allow Zone 4 Permit Holders to park in the Six Dials car park between 8pm - 10am on all days.
This Order will come into operation on 15th August 2026.
Copies of the Order, relevant map and statement of reasons can be viewed on the Councils website: https://transport.southampton.gov.uk/TRO or may be inspected Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm at Gateway in the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
