Deep Dale Lane - Temporary Road Closure To Pole Replacement
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE DEEP DALE LANE, BARROW ON TRENT
WHEN: 04 September to 07 September 2026
WHERE: Deep Dale Lane, Barrow on Trent between the Trent and Masey Canal and the A50.
REASON: To facilitate pole replacement.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Deep Dale Lane, Wragley Way, Arleston Lane, Unnamed Road from Twyford Road to Buckford Lane, Twyford Road, Sinfin Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
