Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 7fed o Fedi 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 12 diwrnod.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(UNCLASSIFIED ROAD KNOWN AS MILL LANE, CAERNARFON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Unclassified Road known as Mill Lane, Caernarfon from a point by its junction with Greengate Street travelling north easterly for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
The Order is necessary for works to update an electric sub-station. Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative route, however access will be maintained for residents.
The Order comes into effect on the 7th of September, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 12 days.
