ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (VARIOUS ROADS, WINKLEIGH) ORDER 2026

TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 15/8/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 18/8/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place.

Roads affected: ROAD FROM BRAESIDE TO SUMMERS MOOR CROSS [A3124] [FROM THE JUNCTION OF TOWNSEND HILL & ROAD FROM BRAESIDE TO SUMMERS MOOR CROSS HEADING IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION FOR 50M & FROM SUMMERS MOOR CROSS HEADING SOUTH SOUTH EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 50M], WINKLEIGH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.
