CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL CASTELL-NEDD PORT TALBOT (MANSEL STREET, BRITON FERRY) (RESIDENTS PARKING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is given that the Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 32, 45, 46 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedules below.
A copy of the draft Order, plan and statement of reasons can be inspected on the Council’s Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros
Any objections should be submitted in writing, setting out the reasons thereof, to reach the Head of Engineering and Transport, The Quays, Baglan Energy Park SA11 2GG by 8th September 2026.

Residents Permit Holders Parking Only
1.1 Mansel Street, Briton Ferry (North Side)
From a point approximately 42 metres south east of its junction with the eastern kerbline of Rockingham Terrace for a distance of approximately 66 metres in a south easterly direction.
1.2 Mansel Street, Briton Ferry (South Side)
From a point approximately 32 metres south east of its junction with the eastern kerbline of Rockingham Terrace for a distance of approximately 54 metres in a south easterly direction.
