NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) OF APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT
Brentwood Borough Council has received the following application for subsequent consent:

Site Address: Entire Land East Of A128 South Of A127, Tilbury Road, West Horndon
Description of Development: Tree works, site clearance and habitat creation to facilitate translocation of reptiles pursuant to pre-commencement requirements of Condition 11 under LPA Ref: 21/01525/OUT pertaining to implementation of Enabling Works (within a phase) associated with the outline permission granted 16.06.2026.
The application for subsequent consent is accompanied by an environmental statement, which was submitted with outline planning application 21/01525/OUT.

Representations must be made within 30 days of the date of this notice.

In the event of an appeal, made under section 78(1) of the 1990 Act, that proceeds by way of the expedited procedure, any representations made about the application for subsequent consent will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
