Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 8) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to vary the ‘no waiting at any time’ restriction on Frankland Road (north side) at the Pegasus Site
The Order will be operative as of 17 August 2026. A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 12 August 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
