(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015
(GREEN LANE) (AMENDMENT) (NO.6) ORDER 2026
The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will be operative from 21st August 2026.
The effect of the Order will be as follows:
Deletions:
No Waiting At Any Time
Green Lane (west) and Mill Lane (both).
Additions:
No Waiting At Any Time:
Green Lane (west), Green Lane (east), Ox Hey Lane (both) and Mill Lane (both).
A copy of the Order, together with relevant plans and statement of the reasons may be viewed online at www.bolton.gov.uk/trafficorders and at the One Stop Shop, Town Hall, Bolton during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order’s provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 14th August 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
