ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY ONE-WAY WORKING – WEISS ROAD, SW15

1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the safe and expeditious movement of traffic due to the possibility of danger they intend to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary restrictions as set out in paragraph 2 below.

2. Whilst the Order remains in force, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Weiss Road between its junctions with Felsham Road and Lower Richmond Road in a direction other than from north-east to south-west;

3. The Order will come into effect on 24 August 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The temporary restrictions will only apply at such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by the placing of traffic signs.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – ECKSTEIN ROAD SW11

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Eckstein Road to facilitate a Crane Operation

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Eckstein Road from the junction with St Johns Road to the junction with Severus Road. There will be no waiting 09:00 -15:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 25 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 25 August 2026.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Gowrie Road from the junction of Stormont Road to the junction with Taybridge Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 26 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 15 October 2026.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Rotherwood Road & Glendarvon Street to facilitate Southern Gas Networks utility works

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Rotherwood Road & Glendarvon Street, at their junction with Putney Embankment. There will be no waiting at any time

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 24 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 16 October 2026.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Wroughton Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Wroughton Road from the junction with Chatto Road to the junction with Broomwood Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 28 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 29 September 2026.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – ELCHO STREET SW11

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Elcho Street to facilitate Falcon Tower Crane Operation.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Elcho Street from the junction with Parkgate Road to the junction with Hester Road for the duration of the works. Both footways will be closed, and a pedestrian diversion will be in place, access will be maintained. In addition, no vehicle will enter or exit Howie Street at its junction with Elcho Street. There will be no waiting 05:00 - 20:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 22 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 27 September 2026.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – OPENVIEW AT THE JUNCTION OF MAGDALEN ROAD

1.The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate highway works (“the works”) they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce road closures in the roads detailed in Paragraph 2.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Openview, from its junction with Magdalen Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 35 metres.

3. The Order will come into effect on 17 August 2026 will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The works are expected to be completed by 21 August 2026.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Magdalen Road, Swaby Road, Leckford Road and Openview and vice versa.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE BANNED LEFT TURN FROM WIMBLEDON PARK SIDE INTO WITHYCOMBE ROAD

1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a temporary diversion for carriageway resurfacing works (“the works”) they intend to make an Order, the effect of which will be to suspend a banned turn as detailed in Paragraph 2.

2. Whilst the works take place, the banned left turn from Wimbledon Park Side into Withycombe Road will be suspended.

3. The Order will come into effect on 25 August 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The works are expected to be populated by 2 September 2026.

4. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
