DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae angen cau'r ffordd er mwyn cynnal gwaith gosod pyst.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau’r canlynol:-
Cau'r Ffordd Dros Dro
Cilgant Ceiriog, Pontypridd – o ffin gyffredin rhif. 23 a 25 Cilgant Ceiriog i gyfeiriad y dwyrain am oddeutu 33 metr.

Llwybr Amgen (Cerbydau):
O ochr ddwyreiniol y ffordd sydd ar gau, ewch ar hyd Cilgant Ceiriog, Coedlan Glyn-dŵr, Maes Powys, Cilgant Ceiriog.

O ochr orllewinol y ffordd sydd ar gau, dilynwch y cyfarwyddiadau uchod, ond i'r gwrthwyneb.

Cau Llwybr Troed Dros Dro
Cilgant Ceiriog, Pontypridd – ochr llwybr troed 25
Cilgant Ceiriog, o’i gyffordd â Chilgant Ceiriog i gyfeiriad y gogledd am tua 20.5 metr.

Llwybrau Amgen (Cerddwyr):
O ochr ogleddol y rhan o'r ffordd sydd wedi cau, ewch ar hyd Rhodfa Ilan, Gerddi Glan Taf, Llwybr Troed Gerddi Glan Taf i Faes Powys, Maes Powys, Cilgant Ceiriog.

O ochr ddeheuol y ffordd sydd ar gau, dilynwch y cyfarwyddiadau uchod ond i'r gwrthwyneb.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr ac ar gyfer cyrraedd eiddo.

Fydd DIM mynediad i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys.

Mae disgwyl i’r ffordd fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau: - 
• Cau yn ystod y dydd rhwng 8am a 5pm ar 8 Medi 2026

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

(CEIRIOG CRESCENT, PONTYPRIDD)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The closure is necessary to facilitate poling works.

The effect of the Order will be to close the following lengths:-
Temporary Road Closure
Ceiriog Crescent, Pontypridd – from the common boundary of no. 23 & 25 Ceiriog Crescent in an easterly direction for approximately 33 metres. Alternative Route (Vehicles):

From the eastern side of the closure, proceed via
Ceiriog Crescent, Glyn-Dwr Avenue, Powys Place, Ceiriog Crescent

From the western side of the closure, reverse the directions given above.

Temporary Footpath Closure
Ceiriog Crescent, Pontypridd – footpath side of 25
Ceiriog Crescent, from its junction with Ceiriog
Crescent in a northern direction for approximately 20.5 metres.

Alternative Route (Pedestrians):
From the northern side of the closure, proceed via Ilan Avenue, Gerddi Glan Taff, Footpath Gerddi Glan Taff to Powys Place, Powys Place, Ceiriog Crescent.

From the southern side of the closure, reverse the directions given above.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians and to premises.

Access WILL NOT be maintained for emergency services.

The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Daytime closure 8am – 5pm on 8th September 2026
