AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS)

(AMENDMENT NO.310) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 13th August 2026 the above-mentioned Orders under Section 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to deter obstructive parking, and improve sightlines and road safety, the general effect of the Order will be to introduce ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions outside No.80 The Grove HA8, opposite No.76 to No.80 The Grove HA8 and at the junction of The Grove and Hazel Gardens HA8.

A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday 17th August 2026 and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be obtained, for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
