I give notice that Derbyshire County Council is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for varying Conditions 3 (Landscaping Details) and 17 (Landscape and Biodiversity Enhancement and Management Plan) of planning permission CD8/1123/37.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, or at the Planning Department, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT (available online at development@ambervalley.gov.uk) and Planning Department, Erewash Borough Council, Town Hall, Derby Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire, NG10 1HU (available online at planning@erewash.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 04 September 2026.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 04 September 2026.
