Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

Effect of the Order:

1. To Revoke: ‘Red Route – No Stopping Mon-Fri 8:15am-9:15am 2:30pm-3:30pm Restrictions’

Road: Broomstick Hall Road

Description

North Side: From a point approximately 4 metres east of the rear property wall of No.14 Brookside east for approximately 40 metres.

South Side: From a point approximately 1 metre east of the rear property wall of No.14 Brookside, east for approximately 29 metres.

2. To Implement: Red Route – ‘No Stopping at Any Time Restrictions’

Road: Broomstick Hall Road

Description

South Side: From a point approximately 1 metre east of the rear property wall of 14 Brookside, west for approximately 37 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into the ‘Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019’ by substituting map tiles: TL390 007 Revision 5 to Revision 6 and TL395 007 Revision 4 to Revision 5.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 24 August 2026

(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping)

and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area)

(Amendment 60 part 1) Order 2026.

Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the Order:

1. To introduce No Stopping at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Sheering Road and Church Lane, Sheering.

2. To introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the north side of Roding Lane, Buckhurst Hill (near Rous Road) from number 61 to the entrance of the Roding Valley Recreation Ground.

3. To introduce a Resident Permit Holders Only parking area (RDL) outside numbers 1 to 11 Rue De St Lawrence, Waltham Abbey.

4. To introduce No Stopping at Any Time restrictions at the two access roads to Epping Upland School, Carters Lane, Epping.

5. To amend Schedules 3 and 5 in The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 1 of this Order.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TQ420 940 revision 1 with revision 2, TL380 002 revision 9 with revision 10, TL435 050 revision 0 with revision 1 & the introduction of Tile number TL505 140.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 14th September 2026.

(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Orders under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

Effect of the orders: To temporarily introduce closures on the following footpaths in the District of Harlow.

The temporary restrictions are scheduled to commence on 24 August 2026 to 02 September 2026 or where appropriate signs are showing and are required for the safety of the public while Harlow Town Show takes place. The area will be barriered off, with stewards during event hours.

The diversion will be via: School Lane, Edinburgh Way, Park Lane, Fifth Avenue and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 24 August 2026 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the Event has been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burntmill Lane, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burntmill Lane, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 255m south east of its junction with Eastwick Road in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2026 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20123270443 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge strengthening works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fernhall Lane, Waltham Abbey)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Fernhall Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 205m north west of its junction with Long Street for a distance of approximately 120m in a north westerly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2026 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGSL366J – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Fernhall Lane, Long Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Harlow Road, Moreton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Harlow Road, Moreton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 245m north west of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th September 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411002WGMJMN0N – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Harlow Road, Mill Lane, Church Road, High Laver Road, Harlow Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hoe Lane, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m south east of its junction with Alderwood Drive for a distance of approximately 25m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2026 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30058962113 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via A113, A1112, Lambourne Road, Manor Road and vice versa (with access only into Hoe Lane).

The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kings Green, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kings Green, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 25m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2026 for 1 night (19:00-00:00), or where stated on a valid permit (MU11301209672 – Thames Water Utilities). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water repair works are undertaken by Thames Water Utilities.

An alternative route is available via Church Hill, York Hill, Kings Green and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pedlars End, Bobbingworth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Pedlars End, Bobbingworth in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 30m south west of its junction with Bridge Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th September 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411002WGLWPT2D – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Pedlars End, Moreton Road, Hobens Farm Road, Gainsthorpe Road, Moreton Bridge and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order (No.5) 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule.

2. A temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 20th August 2026 exact dates will be specified on one.network. These roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion route will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. A temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
