NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
• To introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on VIVIENNE WAY, BARTLEY GREEN (off Long Nuke Road)
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
INSTALLATION OF RAISED TABLES ON VIVIENNE WAY, BARTLEY GREEN (OFF LONG NUKE ROAD)
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (“the Council”) proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to construct two Raised Tables up to a maximum height of 95mm, at the approximate location specified in the Schedule to this Notice, for the purpose of reducing speed.
