TEMPORARY CLOSURE C152 WINSON FARM TO DITCH LANE WINSON (WINSON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C152 Winson Farm to Ditch Lane Winson Road from outside of the property known as ‘Reservoir Cottage’ to outside of the property known as ‘Village Farm’ for a distance of approximately 24 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for repair works by Thames Water.

The said road is expected to be closed from 18th August 2026 until 20th August 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C168 Horcott Road from its junction with Milton Street to outside the property known as ‘Cats Lodge’ for a distance of approximately 88 metres. The reason for the said closure is for works by Openreach.

The said road is expected to be closed from 18th August 2026 until 20th August 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

It is anticipated that all works will be completed by 19th August 2026, but the Order may continue until the said works have been completed, for a maximum duration of 18 months.

THE DEFINITIVE MAP & STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR GLOUCESTERSHIRE

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTED BYWAY FROM FOSSE FARM, PUBLIC HIGHWAY 41000 TO RESTRICTED BYWAY BDD16, PARISH OF DRIFFIELD, MODIFICATION ORDER 2026

The above Order made on 7 July 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the following length of restricted byway in Driffield Parish:

A length of Restricted Byway in Driffield Parish, Gloucestershire, which commences at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (“OSGR”) SU 0717/9779 at its junction with county highway 41000 and running in a generally northeasterly direction for approximately 165 metres to OSGR SU 0729/9791 then continues in a generally northeasterly direction for approximately 306m then in a north northeasterly direction for approximately 76m, then in an easterly direction for approximately 165m then in a generally north easterly direction for 685m to OSGR SU 0817/9865 then proceeding in a generally northwesterly direction for approximately 170 metres to OSGR SU 0804/9876 at its junction with Restricted Byway BDD16.

NOTICE RE: S53 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

THE DEFINITIVE MAP & STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR GLOUCESTERSHIRE

UPGRADING PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY BAP20 TO RESTRICTED BYWAY BAP20 PARISH OF AMPNEY ST PETER MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

On 14 April 2026, the Gloucestershire County Council confirmed the above-named Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by upgrading to them the following public rights of way in the Parish of Ampney St Peter:

Public Bridleway BAP20 in the parish of Ampney St Peter to be upgraded to Restricted Byway BAP20 commencing at its junction with Restricted Byway BDD16 at the parish boundary at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (“OSGR”) SU 0864/9945 running in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 120 metres to OSGR SU 0871/9954 at its junction with the county maintainable highway 50913.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG and Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 1PX. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 500906 BOW WOW (SOUTH CERNEY PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 500906 Bow Wow from its junction with Clarks Hay to outside the property known as ‘Glebe Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 128 metres.

The reason for the closures is for works on behalf of BT Openreach.

The said road is expected to be closed from 19th August 2026 until 21st August 2026. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner. GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ON STREET PARKING ORDER 2017 (VARIOUS ROADS, SOUTH CERNEY) (COTSWOLD DISTRICT) (VARIATION) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made a Variation Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by introducing the waiting restrictions detailed in the Schedule below on Various Roads, South Cerney, Gloucestershire:

The 2017 Order will be varied by the attachment of plans similar to those used in this consultation and which identify the roads or sides of road to which the prohibitions and restrictions affect.

This Variation shall come into operation on 17th August 2026.

The lengths of roads fall within the Parish of South Cerney within the Cotswold District in the County of Gloucestershire.

The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled person’s vehicles.
