The County of Cornwall (lnfra23-390) (Truro & Roseland) (Various Roads) (Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of August 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Order operational from the 13th day of August 2026 to regulate traffic in Tresillian, Truro and St Mawes. The effect is to introduce and amend various restrictions along the lengths of road described below.
The Order and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the 11 th day of August 2026, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
