(U302 UPPER SUTHERLAND CRESCENT, HELENSBURGH)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

On Wednesday the Fifth of August 2026, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for a temporary period for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on that section of U302 Upper Sutherland Crescent, Helensburgh, from its junction with the U280 Suffolk Street to its junction with the U303 Upper Sutherland Street, a distance of 152 metres or thereby. Exceptions apply to any vehicle being used for carrying out the works and to emergency services attending an emergency. Property access will be maintained from Upper Sutherland Street.

This Order, which is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road, will be effective when indicated by signs from 0800 hours on the 24th of August 2026 to 1800 hours on the 11th of October 2026, or until the works are complete, whichever is the earlier.
