LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(NETHERFIELD ROAD, HIBSON ROAD AND BROAD STREET, NELSON, PENDLE BOROUGH) (PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above pedestrian crossings under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Introduce a signalised crossing in Netherfield Road/Hibson Road, from a point 7.02 metres east of the centreline of Duerden Street for a distance of 45.06 metres in a westerly direction.
2. Introduce a zebra crossing in Broad Street, Nelson, from a point 21.21 metres west of the centreline of Hibson Road for a distance of 21.42 metres in an easterly direction.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan indicating the location of the crossing may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Pendle Borough Council, No1 Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 9LU and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston, PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
