THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON) (PROHIBITION AND
RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT
NO 4) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City Council proposes to make
the following Order under Sections 1, 2 and 124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of
the Order is as follows:
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON) (PROHIBITION AND
RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT
NO 4) ORDER 2026
This Order will prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time on any day and to load and
unload at any time on any day in parts of Earl Street & Broad Street (Bilston).
Existing Traffic Regulation Orders will be revoked to the extent necessary to
facilitate the provisions of this Order.
A copy of the Order, Statement of Reason and Plan showing the parts of the roads
affected by the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the Main
Reception, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton and viewed online at

Any objection(s) to the proposed Order should be made in writing to the
