This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th August 2026 to 28th August 2026. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 10th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Chacewater. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th August 2026 to 4th September 2026. Road subject to prohibition - Road From Chacewater Hill To Cross Lanes, Chacewater for its entire length.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in Chacewater. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Road subject to stopping prohibition - Road From Chacewater Hill To Cross Lanes, Chacewater for its entire length. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th September 2026 to 19th September 2026. Roads subject to prohibition - Tresawls Road between grid reference SW80199 44894 and the junction of Highertown and Highertown for its entire length, Truro.
