The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for Network Rail to carry out bridge demolition and re-decking, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on any part of ladywell ave, from the extended northeast kerbline of Kirklands, north-eastwards to the extended west kerbline of Broomhall Ave; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of ladywell ave, both sides, from the north-east kerbline of Kirklands, north-eastwards to the south-west kerbline of Broomhall Cres. The alternative route for through vehicular traffic in relation to the road closure of ladywell ave will be by way of Ladywell Ave, Broomhall Cres, Broomhall Rd, Meadow Pl Rd & Ladywell Ave. The Order shall have effect from 17/08/26 to 31/10/26.
