THE EAST STAFFORDSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTPATH NO. 52, LAND TO THE WEST OF UTTOXETER A50 BYPASS, IN THE PARISH OF UTTOXETERTOWN) PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with s257 and paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 on 7th August 2026 East Staffordshire Borough Council certified that the diverted footpath required under the terms of the above order has been created to its reasonable satisfaction.
