DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf (“y Cyngor”) wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1, 2, 4, 9 ac 10 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a phob un o'r pwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghoriad â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol â Rhan III o Atodlen 9 y Ddeddf.

1. Y prif amcan yw rhoi grym parhaol i ddarpariaethau o “Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf (Strydoedd Amrywiol, Pont-y-Clun) Gorchymyn Arbrofol (Amrywiad, Cyfyngiadau Aros a Marciau ‘Ysgol – Cadwch Yn Glir’) 2025”

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn ailadrodd ac yn parhau mewn grym, am gyfnod amhenodol, ddarpariaethau Gorchymyn 2025 a bydd yn dod i rym ar 14 Awst 2026.

Caiff unrhyw berson wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at ddibenion cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth ynddo, ar y sail nad yw'n unol â'r pwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail nad yw'n cydymffurfio â gofyniad yn y Ddeddf honno neu ag offeryn sydd wedi'i wneud o dani mewn perthynas â'r Gorchymyn, os yw'n dymuno gwneud hynny. Rhaid gwneud hynny o fewn chwe wythnos i 14 Awst 2026.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(VARIOUS STREETS, PONTYCLUN)
(VARIATION, WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ‘SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR’ MARKINGS) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (“the Council”) have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act

1. The principal objective is to give permanent effect to the provisions of the “Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (Various Streets, Pontyclun) (Experimental Variation, Waiting Restrictions and ‘School Keep Clear’ Markings) Order 2025”

The Order replicates and continues in force indefinitely the provisions of the 2025 Order and will come into operation on 14th August 2026.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it had not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 14th August 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
