Llwybr troed 29 I linell newydd:  O bwynt F i'r Gogledd Gogledd-orllewin am 25m i bwynt G (SO36061152). O bwynt G i'r Gorllewin Gogledd-orllewin am 21m i bwynt H. Llwybr troed 47 I linell newydd: O bwynt J (SO36031139) i'r De-orllewin am 68m i bwynt L (SO35991133). Y cyfan ar led o 2m ac fel y dangosir ar y map gorchymyn. Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn yn rhad ac am ddim yn Hyb Cymunedol y Fenni, Neuadd y Dref, Cross Street, Y Fenni, NP7 5EU.  Oriau agor: Dydd Llun-Dydd Iau: 9am-1pm a 2-5pm. Dydd Gwener: 9am-1pm a 2-4:30pm. Mae copïau o'r Gorchymyn a'r map ar gael yn rhad ac am ddim. Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau ynglŷn â'r gorchymyn neu unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i'r gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig at Brif Swyddog, y Gyfraith a Llywodraethu, Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Y Rhadyr, Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA heb fod yn hwyrach na 23ain Medi 2026. Nodwch ar ba sail y cânt eu gwneud.  

Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau o'r fath yn briodol, neu os caiff unrhyw sylwadau a wneir felly eu tynnu'n ôl, gall Cyngor Sir Fynwy ei hun gadarnhau'r Gorchymyn fel gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad.  Os anfonir y Gorchymyn at Weinidogion Cymru i'w gadarnhau caiff unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau na chafodd eu tynnu'n ôl eu hanfon gyda'r Gorchymyn.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER  
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 119  
MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL  

OLD LAUNDRY COTTAGE
PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 29 AND 47, LLANOVER PUBLIC
PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026  

The above Order was made on the 18TH August 2026 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order will be to divert existing Public Footpaths 29 and 47 (part) Llanover;  

Existing Rights of Way. Footpath  29 From: Point A (SO36171145) North Westerly for 98m to Point B (SO36081149) then from Point F (SO36081150) North Westerly for 45m to point H (SO36041153. Footpath 47: From point J (SO36031139) West South Westerly for 106m to point K (SO35931135).  

New Public Rights of Way. Footpath 47 To a line: From point C (SO36121144) North North Westerly for 11m to a gate and ditch at point D (SO36121144). From D North North Westerly for 19m to a gate at point E (SO36111146). From E North North Westerly for 42m to point B (SO36081149). Footpath 29 To a new line: From point F – North North Westerly for 25m to point G (SO36061152). From G West North Westerly for 21 to point H. Footpath 47 To a new line: From point J (SO36031139) South Westerly for 68m to point L (SO35991133). All at 2m width and as shown on the order map.  
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at The Abergavenny Community Hub, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, NP7 5EU. Opening hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am-1pm & 2-5pm.  Friday: 9am-1pm & 2-4:30pm. Copies of the Order and map are available free of charge.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Chief officer, Law and Governance, Monmouthshire County Council, The Rhadyr, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA  not later than 23rd September 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.    If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Monmouthshire County Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
