(B1210 Stallingborough Road, Immingham) (30mph Speed Limit) (No. 26-11) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that North East Lincolnshire Borough Council propose to make a Speed Limit Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:-

1. Extend the existing 30mph speed limit on the B1210 Stallingborough Road, Immingham, from its current point of termination for a distance of 220 metres in a south-easterly direction

A copy of the proposed Speed Limit Order, which gives more detailed information including all Schedules, Plans and the Council's Statement of Reasons for introducing the Order, may be viewed on North East Lincolnshire Council's Website by searching 'Advertised Traffic Regulation Orders'. An electronic copy of the proposed Speed Limit Order may also be viewed on request at the Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, during normal office hours.

All objections must specify the grounds on which they are being made, must include the reference 26-11, and must be submitted by 3rd September 2026.
