Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 7th August 2026 has made the above mentioned Order(s) under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of orders will be to amend the list of properties eligible for an exemption permit for the existing school streets detailed below:
(a) to amend the list of permit eligible properties for the existing School Street Zone SS04 – Coldfall Primary School N10 to include the following: No.17, No.23 and No.25 Coppetts Road N10.
1. A change to our map-based records will also be made to include No.9 & No.15 Coppetts Road N10 to the list of permit eligible properties. This is purely administrative which will result in no physical changes.
(b) to amend the list of permit eligible properties for the existing School Street Zone SS54 – Welbourne Primary School N15 to include the following: No.10 to 34 Colsterworth Road N15 (evens).
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 13th August 2026.
Further details: An appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey once operational.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
