(VARIOUS ROADS, BOROUGH OF CHARNWOOD) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2022 (CROPSTON ROAD, KING WILLIAMS WAY, LINK ROAD AND ROWAN DRIVE, ANSTEY) (AMENDMENT 14) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:
To impose No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on parts of Cropston Road, King Williams Way, Link Road and Rowan Drive, Anstey. The Order will come into force on the seventeenth day of August 2026.
A copy of the Order and the relevant map is available for public inspection at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.
The Order can also be viewed online at https://www.leicestershire.gov.uk/ roads-and-travel/cars-and-parking/traffic-management-consultations from 13th August 2026.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
