Further to a site notice dated 5th Aug 2026, North Lincolnshire Council has made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian, horse rider or cyclist from proceeding along that section of Public Bridleway 10 Keadby with Althorpe, extending from its junction with Chapel Lane at Grid Ref SE83061190 to its junction with Keadby Footpath 9 at North Moor Road at Grid Ref SE83211238. This Order took effect on 12th Aug 2026 and will be effective for an initial period of 6 months. This closure is required to safeguard the public due to a partially collapsed bridge. An alternative route is available via Chapel Lane, North End (B1392) and North Moor Rd.
