The Ealing (Electric Scooter & Cycle Hire Parking Places) (No. 1 Borough Wide) (No. 1, 2024) (Amendment No. 004) Order 2026; The Ealing (Free Parking Places) (No. 1, 2014) (Amendment No. 219) Order 2026; The Ealing (Free Loading Places) (Amendment No. 039) Order 2026; The Ealing (Zone C) (Residents and Business Parking Places) (No. 1, 2000) (Amendment No. 053) Order 2026; The Ealing (Zones F and G) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2001) (Amendment No. 030) Order 2026; The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (No. 1, 2020) (Amendment No. 002) Order 2026; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 965) Order 2026.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to (a) amend the operational hours of an existing loading place on The Broadway to Mondays to Sundays; (b) on The Broadway introduce a waiting restriction to operate 7pm-7am Mondays to Sundays within the existing loading place and within the existing limited waiting parking place (opposite the station); (c) introduce a length of double yellow lines on Knightsbridge Avenue; (d) substitute a length of existing permit parking place with double yellow lines on Leopold Road; (e) substitute a length of existing single yellow line to double yellow lines on Tring Avenue; (f) substitute a length of existing permit parking place with double yellow lines on Ranelagh Road; (g) to standardise the existing pay by phone parking bays to 5.0 metres on Ranelagh Road; (h) remove a e-scooter & cycle hire parking place on Lady Margaret Road, the west side.

3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 13 August 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
