P26/S2933/HH – Proposed single-storey orangery/winter garden extension to the rear, linked to the existing kitchen and dining room by a lightweight glazed walkway. Associated minor alterations include replacement of the existing side entrance door with a new glazed oak French door, replacement of the existing rear timber door with a heritage-style steel-glazed door, and new oak horizontal weatherboard infill to the sides of the existing oak-framed porch – Winterbrook House 27 Winterbrook Wallingford OX10 9DX – CA

P26/S2934/LB – Proposed single-storey orangery/winter garden extension to the rear, linked to the existing kitchen and dining room by a lightweight glazed walkway. Associated minor alterations include replacement of the existing side entrance door with a new glazed oak French door, replacement of the existing rear timber door with a heritage-style steel-glazed door, and new oak horizontal weatherboard infill to the sides of the existing oak-framed porch.
