What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Lyon Crescent, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7-8-26.

This Order will close:
Lyon Crescent For its full length from 24-8-26 until 2-9-27 to facilitate the construction of a new flood prevention scheme.

Access for emergency services will be maintained

Alternative Route: via temporary road

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Auchinlay Road, Dunblane) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7-8-26.

This Order will close:- Auchinlay Road From its junction with the B8033 to its junction with Strathmore Avenue from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 31-8-26 until 4-9-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.

Residents and emergency service access will be maintained.

Alternative Routes: Northbound via Auchinlay Road, Kilbryde Crescent, Doune Road, Springfield Terrace, B8033 Southbound via B8033, Clarendon Place, Springfield Terrace, Doune Road, Kilbryde Crescent, Auchinlay Road

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Back Walk, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7-8-26.

This Order will close: Footway from Back Walk Low to Back Walk High For its entire length.

Back Walk Low From the footway leading to Royal Gardens to Ballengeich Road.

Back Walk High From the point where it meets Snowdon Road to the point where it meets Ballengeich Pass.

Footway from Back Walk Low to rear of cemetery For its entire length.

Alternative Routes: Back Walk Low - via Royal Gardens, Dumbarton Road West, Raploch Road, Ballengeich Road and vice versa.

Back Walk High - via Snowdon Road, Valley Lane Cemetery Road, Castle Wynd, Upper Castlehilll, Ballengeich Pass and vice versa from 12-8-26 until 9-2-28 to facilitate works following a rockfall.

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (Ramoyle, Dunblane) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order proposes to:- Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Ramoyle, Dunblane to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.
