HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud
Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C1304 o Lanfihangel-ar-arth, Pencader, o'r gyffordd â'r B4459 am bellter o oddeutu 310 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y ffordd arall i draffig sy'n teithio tua'r de-ddwyrain fydd ar hyd y B4459 a'r B4336. I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-orllewin.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i adnewyddu prif bibell ddŵr.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Mawrth 1 Medi 2026, am gyfnod o 43 diwrnod.

Lle bo hynny'n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r de-orllewin o fan sydd i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau ar hyd yr C2157 Cil-y-cwm, Heol Royal Oak, yr C2163 Rhandir-mwyn a'r C2157 Cil-y-cwm i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau. I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Openreach wneud gwaith ar bolion.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(C1304 Llanfihangel-ar-Arth, Pencader (SA39 9JH))
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C1304 from Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth, Pencader from its junction with the B4459 for approximately 310 metres in a South Easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative The alternative route for South Eastbound traffic will be via the B4459 and the B4336. 

The same route applies in reverse for North Westbound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water carry out water mains renewal works.

It is intended that the works commence on Tuesday 1st September 2026 to for a period of 43 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2157 Cilycwm)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2157 Cilycwm, from its junction with the C2164 Cilycwm, for a distance of 2.2km in a north easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure, will be to proceed along the C2157 Cilycwm, Royal Oak Road, C2163 Rhandirmwyn and the C2157 Cilycwm to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound traffic.

The Order will continue in force whilst Openreach carry out poling work.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 10th August 2026 for 12 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the the C2156 Bwlchmaenllwyd, from its junction with the U4183 Cilycwm, for a distance of 1.4km in a south easterly
direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure, will be to proceed along the C2158 Cilycwm, A40 Llandovery, C2157 Llandovery and the C2156 Bwlchmaenllwyd to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice versa for north west bound traffic.

The Order will continue in force whilst Openreach carry out poling works.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 17th August 2026 for a period of 12 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
