(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Ref: 43495/APP/2026/1811 Proposed development at: Weir House, 50 Riverside Way, Uxbridge I give notice that MEPK Architects is applying for Planning Permission for: Minor material amendment (s73) to Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), Condition 3 (General Compliance with Supporting Documents) and Condition 9 (Landscaping, Car Parking and Refuse/Cycle Storage) of planning consent reference: 43495/ APP/2020/888 dated 17-11-20 (Demolition of existing building and the erection of a part four and part five storey block providing 34 residential units (Use Class C3); associated access and other works including landscaping and amenity space, car and cycle parking and refuse storage). Amendments seek to allow internal and external alterations comprising revised floor layouts and access cores; an increase in the maximum building height of approximately 2 metres; a revised roof form, fenestration, balconies and terraces; additional plant and firesafety infrastructure; revised refuse and cycle-storage arrangements; a reduction in communal amenity space; and a reduction in the cycle storage from 61 to 40 spaces.

Ref: 80144/APP/2026/1542 18 Mill Drive, Ruislip. Proposal: Erection of a single storey rear extension, installation of a rear dormer, installation of new front facing window, and demolition of rear garden decking. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 6908/APP/2026/1679 91 Whitby Road, Ruislip. Proposal: Erection of a single storey side extension following demolition of the existing lean-to structure, and amendments to fenestrations. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Ref: 9278/ADV/2026/31 81 Swakeleys Road, Ickenham. Proposal: Installation of 2 no. internally illuminated hoarding signs (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ickenham Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 25481/APP/2026/1745 50 Kingsend. Ruislip. Proposal: Erection of a single storey rear extension, following the demolition of the existing outbuilding in the rear garden. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 72929/APP/2026/1760 Hillingdon Court Park Pavilion Parkway, Hillingdon. Proposal: Installation of a manual dog wash facility, including a change of use from a dwellinghouse (Class C3) to part dwellinghouse (Class C3) and part dog washing business (Class E). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
