1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to: -

(a) designate disabled parking bays operational 'at any time' on lengths of: Abbots Road, Southall; Barmouth Avenue, Perivale; St. Marys Avenue North, Brendon Court, Southall; Buckingham Avenue, Perivale; Buckingham Avenue, Perivale; Burnham Way, West Ealing; Casey Avenue, Northolt; Church Lane, Ealing; Cowper Road, Hanwell; Elm Tree Close, Northolt; Greenford Road, Greenford; Hammond Road, Southall; Harold Road, Park Royal; Hendren Close, Greenford; Johnson Street, Southall; Kingston Close, Northolt; Lyndhurst Avenue, Southall; Mayfield Gardens, Hanwell; Meadow Road, Southall; Newbury Close, Northolt; Oswald Road, Southall; Oswald Road, Southall; Oxford Road, Ealing; Potters Road, Southall; Ramillies Road, Chiswick; Salisbury Court, Newmarket Avenue, Northolt; Shadwell Drive, Northolt; Shalimar Gardens, Acton; Tudor Road, Southall; West End Road, Southall; Whitton Avenue East, Greenford; Willow Road, Ealing; Wilsmere Drive, Northolt; Woodhurst Road, Acton;

(b) amend the existing parking places: (A) Zone A - Oxford Road, Ealing; (B) Zone B - Ramillies Road, Chiswick; (C) Zone C - Church Lane, Ealing; (D) Zone GP - Willow Road, Ealing; (E) Zone K1 - Woodhurst Road, Acton; (F) Zone L - Abbots Road, Southall; Meadow Road, Southall; Oswald Road, Southall; Oswald Road, Southall; Tudor Road, Southall; West End Road, Southall; (G) Zone MM - Shalimar Gardens, Acton; (H) Zone N - Burnham Way, West Ealing; (I) Zone PC - Cowper Road, Hanwell; (J) Zone SS - Harold Road, Park Royal; (K) Zone V - Hammond Road, Southall; Johnson Street, Southall. 

3. The proposed Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the intended crossings, or the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P37-26 until the 3 September 2026. 

All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
