What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
PROPOSED - AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING PARKING PLACES, & PARKING RESTRICTIONS - CHANDOS ROAD, MIDLAND TERRACE & SHAFTESBURY GARDENS

The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (No. 1, 2024) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Old Oak - Zone PP) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2024) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (Old Oak - Zone PP) (No. 1, 2013) Amendment ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

1. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing that they have propose the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to on a length of: (a) Chandos Road, [Zone PR-I] near its junction with Victoria Road; and (b) Midland Terrace [Zone PP] near its junction with Victoria Road, Shaftesbury Gardens [Zone PP] near its junction with Victoria Road, to substitute the existing parking places with double yellow lines. This is to facilitate the safe passage of vehicles.

3. The proposal, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the intended crossings, or the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P36-26 until the 3 September 2026. 

All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
