Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

B4455 FOSSE WAY, PRINCETHORPE/EATHORPE

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from the A423 Oxford Road to Penns Lane. In addition, a 40mph speed limit will be imposed from existing 40 mph (at Princethorpe Nameplate) to Penns Lane while the road is open during the day.

Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, overnight 20.00hrs-06.00hrs, speed restriction for public safety.

Order Commences: 10 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 21 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: A423, A425, B4455 Fosse Way and vice versa.

WINDY ARBOUR, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between properties number 51 and 59.

Reason for Order: To enable installation of a new water pipe.

Order Commences: 8 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Access & Diversion: Windy Arbour, Whitemoor Road, Farmer Ward Road, Birches Lane and vice versa.

B4439 OLD WARWICK ROAD & STATION LANE, ROWINGTON

Order Effect: Roads Closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Drainage works and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.

Order Commences: 10 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 14 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: B4439 Five Ways Road, Shrewley Common, The Cumsey, Lye Green Road, The Green, A4189 Henley Road, A4189 Warwick Road, A34 High Street, A34 Birmingham Road, A34 Liveridge Hill, A34 Stratford Road, B4439 Old Warwick Road, Packwood Lane, Rising Lane, A4141 Birmingham Road, B4439 Five Ways Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from A452 Kenilworth Road to College Drive.

Order Commences: 10 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 13 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: Woodcote Road, Northumberland Road, A452 Kenilworth Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic along their entire lengths

Anticipated Completion: 14 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

Access & Diversion: Erica Drive, Firethorn Crescent, Coppice Road and vice versa.

HIGHLAND ROAD, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable new gas service works.

Order Commences: 24 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 27 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: Highland Road and vice versa.

HOME FARM, LEEK WOOTTON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.

Order Commences: 24 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

WESTONBIRT CLOSE, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic outside properties 23 to 24.

Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.

Order Commences: 26 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 28 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: Bodnant Way, Rawnsley Drive, Tisdale Riase, Westonbirt Close and vice versa.

WELLINGTON ROAD, LILLINGTON, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junction with Haddon Road and Compton Close.

Reason for Order: To enable installation of a new water pipe.

Order Commences: 25 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 28 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: Haddon Road, Buckley Road, Wellington Road and vice versa.

B4455 FOSSE WAY, RADFORD SEMELE

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between A425 Southam Road Roundabout and its junction with Harbury Lane crossroads. In addition, a 40mph speed restriction will be imposed between the entrance to Leamington Hall Farm and the entrance to Sharmer Farm/Sharmer Field House.

Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, weeknights 20.00hrs-06.00 hrs.

Order Commences: 24 August 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 29 August 2026.

Access & Diversion: A425 (Southam Road, Ufton Hill, Southam Road), B4452 (Ufton Road, Deppers Bridge Road), B4451 (Station Road, Gaydon Road), B4100 Banbury Road, B4455 Fosse Way and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PROPOSED GIVE-WAY PRIORITY BUILD-OUT ARRANGEMENT ON FUSILIERS WAY, WARWICK

Warwickshire County Council is proposing to install a single proposed give-way priority build-out pursuant to S90G of the Highways Act 1980 on Fusiliers Way in Warwick located between Butler Way and Pinewood Avenue as described in further detail in the Schedule below.

A copy of the plans showing the location of the Give-Way and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to install the Give-Way, may be inspected at Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, during usual opening hours and on the Council’s website: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20210/warwick-district
