TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF B1122 MIDDLETON ROAD, YOXFORD AND YOXFORD ROAD, MIDDLETON MOOR AND LEISTON ROAD, MIDDLETON AND TITLE ROAD, MIDDLETON
SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) intends to make an order closing B1122 Middleton Road, Yoxford Road, Middleton Moor and Leiston Road, in phases from its junction with A12 to approximately 90m southeast of its junction with Title Road, Middleton to facilitate works associated with the B1122 road improvements scheme and Sizewell Link Road. SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) also intends to make an order closing Title Road, Middleton from its junction with the B1122 for approximately 500m to facilitate works associated with Sizewell Link Road.
Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion route for the B1122 will be B1122, B1069, A1094, A12 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure of B1122 will operate on weeknights (Monday to Thursday) between the hours of 8pm to 5am, from 1 September to 23 October 2026.
The diversion route for Title Road will be Back Road, Rectory Road and B1125, and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure of Title Road will operate on weeknights (Monday to Thursday) between the hours of 8pm to 5am, from 7 September to 23 October 2026
