(DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACES) (ON-STREET) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT NO. 5)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 45 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, the East Renfrewshire Council propose to make the above named Traffic Regulation Order to designate spaces on-street for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying, in an appropriate manner, a valid Blue Badge and include powers to suspend the use of such places as required.

A copy of the Statement of Reason for proposing to make the Order along with the draft Order which will form the “The East Renfrewshire Council (Disabled Persons’ Parking Places) (On-Street) Order 2020 (Amendment No. 5)” and includes location maps, are available for inspection at the following locations during business hours (except on public or local holidays):

ANY PERSON may make representation or submit an objection to the proposal by e-mail to: roads@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk

All objections must be received by 31 August 2026 and must state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
