The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area

PL/26/05909/FA — Affects setting of CA

4 Amersham Hill Drive, High Wycombe Single storey side extension and internal alterations.

PL/26/04487/VRC — LB

Cedar House, Marlow Road, Fawley Variation of condition 9 (approved plans) of listed building consent PL/25/3266/HB (Listed building consent for refurbishment and retro fit of existing property, addition of window and erection of fencing) to allow for replacement of existing stairs, addition of lintels to existing windows, opening up of one internal wall, replacement of existing brickwork between two windows and removal of an internal beam.
