Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council has made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Hall Rise, Messingham from 8am 17th Aug-5pm 25th Aug 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for a fuse upgrade and new service connections by Northern Powergrid.
There isn’t a diversion because Hall Rise is a cul-de-sac.
