and the
Borough Council of Dudley
hereby gives notice that a four party Creation Agreement was made between the two adjoining highway authorities and the appropriate landowners under S25 of the Highways Act 1980 to the effect that a new cross boundary public footpath was created in the area of Lower Illey, Halesowen.
This new path connects Dudley path H107 and Worcestershire paths FK511 (C) and FK518. A plan of the path may be seen on the authority’s public rights of way maps;-
