THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. 021)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 7th August 2026, Buckinghamshire Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 81, 82, 83 and 84 and of Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, has made an Order which is to reduce the existing speed limit from 40mph to 30mph on the A4128 Wycombe Road and Peterley Lane, Prestwood.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 7th August 2026, apply to the High Court.
