Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above order under S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the Order
1. To Revoke: ‘No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm’ Restrictions.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tiles: TM255 315 Revision 2 – Revision 3, TM255 312 Revision 0 – Revision 1 and TM255 317 Revision 1 – Revision 2.

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above order under section 84 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
To Implement: 30mph Speed Limit Restrictions. (currently national speed limit)
