Darpariaeth arfaethedig o ran gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg, Lon Corbetts a Clos-y-Cedr, Pw11-y-pant 

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili ('y Cyngor'), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ('Deddf 1984') a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ('Deddf 2004') a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 61 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy wneud y canlynol: 

Darparu llinellau melyn dwbl yn Lon Corbetts a Clos-y-Cedr,  Pwll-y-pant 

• Ar ochr ogleddol L6n Corbetts, o giat derfyn Mill House i gyfeiriad y gorllewin am bellter o tua 150m. 

• Ar ochr ddeheuol Lon Corbetts, o giat derfyn Mill House i gyfeiriad y gorllewin ac yna ar ochr ddwyreiniol y ffordd fynediad breifat i gyfeiriad y de am bellter o tua 6m, sef cyfanswm pellter o tua 16m. 

• Ar ochr orllewinol y ffordd fynediad breifat yn agos i Lon Corbetts, o fan 7m i'r de o'r gyffordd as Lon Corbetts i gyfeiriad y gogledd ac yna ar hyd ochr ddeheuol Lon Corbetts i gyfeiriad y gorllewin ac yna ar ochr ddwyreiniol Clos-y-Cedr hyd at fan tua 7m i'r de o'r gyffordd a Lon Corbetts, sef cyfanswm pellter o tua 133m. 

• Ar ochr orllewinol Clos-y-Cedr, o fan tua 7m i'r de o'r gyffordd a Lon Corbetts i gyfeiriad y gogledd ac yna i gyfeiriad y gorllewin ar hyd ochr ddeheuol Lon Corbetts am bellter o tua 9m, sef cyfanswm pellter o tua 16m.

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 54) 2026 

Proposed provision of Waiting at anytime Corbetts Lane and Clos-y-Cedr, Pwll-y-pant 

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (the'Council') in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the'1984 Act') and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the'2004'Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the:
Provision of Double Yellow Lines (DYLs) at Corbetts Lane and  Clos-y-Cedr, Pwll-y-pant 

• On the northern side of Corbett's Lane from the Mill House boundary gate, in a westerly direction for a distance of approx. 150m. 

• On the southern side of Corbetts Lane from the Mill House boundary gate, in a westerly direction and then on the eastern side of the private access road, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately approx. 6m a total distance of approx. 16m. 

• On the western side of the private access road off Corbetts Lane from a point 7m south of its junction with Corbetts Lane, in a northerly direction, then along the southern side of Corbetts Lane in a westerly direction and then on the eastern side of Clos-y-Cedr to a point approx. 7m south of its junction with Corbetts Lane, a total distance of approx. 133m. 

• On the western side of Clos-y-Cedr from a point approx. 7m south of its junction with Corbetts Lane in a northerly direction and then west along the southern side of Corbetts Lane for a distance of approx. 9m a total distance of approx. 16m. 

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority's reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 10/08/206 to 01/09/2026 quoting reference AB/5013132.
