Temporary Road Closure
Haliburton Road, Twickenham.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Haliburton Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Haliburton Road, Twickenham from outside numbers 80-96.
3. The order will come into effect 17 August 2026 These works are anticipated to be in progress from 17 August to 18 August 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Whilst the closure is in place an alternative route for traffic will be via Heron Road, Newry Road, Northcote Road, and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Ham Street, Ham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Ham Street, Ham from the junction with Ashburnham Road to outside number 9 Ham Street, as detailed in the schedule below, between the dates indicated. The parking restrictions and road closures will operate on a rolling basis.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 August 2026. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 August 2026 until 14 September 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

2. Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Lower Richmond Road, Mortlake from outside number 67 to the junction with Sheen Lane; the suspensions will take place on a rolling basis as indicated by signs.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 August 2026. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 10 August 2026 to 04 September 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
