What is happening?

Devon County Council (Various Streets, Devon) (Waiting Restriction) Amendment Order 2026 

Devon County Council made this on 5 August to come into force 14 August to introduce in BARNSTAPLE: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Mermaid Walk (Boutport Street); School Entrance Clearway - No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of Chaddiford Lane; EXMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Cape! Lane & Magnolia Ave; No Waiting At Any Time on reduced lengths (from what was advertised) of Midway. 

Proposals for Sidmouth & Teignmouth these were advertised with are not being progressed. Order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro.  

Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. 

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below.
