What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Whitchurch Drive, Wellington, Haybridge Road, Wellington and Haybridge Road, Hadley (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst investigation works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 17/8/26 between the hours of 20:00pm and 05:00am. The following roads are affected: Whitchurch Drive, Wellington from its jcn with Ketley Brook Rbt to its jcn with Apley Rbt. Haybridge Rd, Wellington from its jcn with Haybridge Rbt for approx. 60m in a westerly direction. Haybridge Rd, Hadley from its jcn with Haybridge Rbt for approx. 130m in an easterly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 21/8/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
